Development blueprints for the financier's personal Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Furthermore featured in this new photograph disclosure appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had created plans to develop the substantial island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Visible on the blueprint is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, indicated on the bottom right.
The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and contains a key identifying different parts of the land.
In addition to this are what seem to be several other construction diagrams and construction drawings, including designs for dock shelters.
Additional documentation made public as part of the current oversight release.
